Shipping & Returns

Shipping: Your order will ship within 2-5 business days from our distribution center in Florida. Standard ground delivery is an additional 2-5 business days in transit from the ship date. Orders may be shipped by FedEx or the USPS. You may select expedited delivery of 2-3 Day Delivery, Second Day Air or Next Day Air during checkout. With these selections, in-stock merchandise will ship the same day with a delivery guarantee. All orders placed after 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time will be processed the following business day. Shipping charges are calculated based on real-time rates. Saturday and Sunday are not recognized as business days according to shipping guidelines.

 

Returns: We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items.

Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. The cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
